§ 47NN — Coverage for treatment of pediatric autoimmune neuropsychiatric disorders associated with streptococcal infections and pediatric acute-onset neuropsychiatric syndrome

[Text of section applicable to contracts that take effect or are renewed on or after January 1, 2022. See 2020, 260, Sec. 74.] Section 47NN. Any policy, contract, agreement, plan or certificate of insurance issued, delivered or renewed within or without the commonwealth shall provide coverage for treatment of pediatric autoimmune neuropsychiatric disorders associated with streptococcal infections and pediatric acute-onset neuropsychiatric syndrome including, but not limited to, the use of intravenous immunoglobulin therapy.
