Section 65B.
(a)A credit union shall inspect the real estate securing a loan in the event that a payment of interest or principal upon the loan or on account of real estate taxes upon the parcel mortgaged to secure the same shall be in default. Inspection for the purpose aforesaid shall be made within 91 days from the date of such default in payment of interest or principal or within 181 days from the date of such default in payment on account of taxes, as the case may be, and thereafter periodic inspection shall continue in accordance with this section until such loan shall no longer be in default.
