§ 211 — Discrimination in rates

Section 211. A railroad corporation shall not in its charges for the transportation of freight or in the conduct of its freight business, make or give any undue or unreasonable preference or advantage to or in favor of any person, nor subject any person to any undue or unreasonable prejudice or disadvantage.
