Text

Section 3. For the purpose of generating and furnishing steam or hot water for heating, cooking and mechanical power, or for the purpose of generating and furnishing hydrostatic or pneumatic pressure for mechanical power, in any town, or for any two or more of said purposes, ten or more persons may associate themselves, with a capital of not less than one thousand nor more than five hundred thousand dollars.
