§ 2 — Formation

Massachusetts·Part I ADMINISTRATION OF THE GOVERNMENT·Title XXII CORPORATIONS·Ch. 158 CERTAIN MISCELLANEOUS CORPORATIONS
Section 2. Any persons, to the number hereinafter provided, who associate themselves by a written agreement hereinafter described with the intention of forming a corporation for any purpose permitted under section one, upon complying with section nine, shall be and remain a corporation.
