§ 1 — Definitions

Massachusetts·Part I ADMINISTRATION OF THE GOVERNMENT·Title XXII CORPORATIONS·Ch. 156 BUSINESS CORPORATIONS
Section 1. In this chapter unless a contrary intention appears, ''corporation'' shall mean a corporation to which, under section two, this chapter applies, and ''secretary'' or ''state Secretary'' shall mean the secretary of the commonwealth.
