Section 5. The term ''employment'' shall include services covered by an arrangement under provisions of section sixty-six, pursuant to which arrangement all services performed by an individual for an employing unit are deemed to be performed within the commonwealth, if the commissioner has approved the request of the employing unit that the entire service of such individual during the period covered by such request be deemed employment subject to this chapter.
