§ 42A — Commissioner represented by attorney general or designated attorney

Section 42A. In any action to enforce any provision of this chapter, or any criminal proceedings thereunder, the commissioner shall be represented by the attorney general, or by any attorney at law designated by the attorney general for such purpose.
