Text
Section 150A. Whoever knowingly exposes for sale or has in possession with intent to sell, for food or drink, anything described in the preceding section shall be punished by a fine of not more than one hundred dollars, or by imprisonment for not more than sixty days, or both. This section shall not apply to a wholesale dealer who has in his possession fruit or vegetables in the original package with intent to disclose fully to the purchaser the partly decayed condition thereof.
