§ 180A — Violation of closing laws

Massachusetts·Part I ADMINISTRATION OF THE GOVERNMENT·Title XXI LABOR AND INDUSTRIES

Section 180A. Whoever violates any provisions of the second paragraph of clause (50) of section six or the second paragraph of section thirteen of chapter one hundred and thirty-six shall be punished by a fine of not more than one thousand dollars.
