§ 52 — Matches kept for sale or use in store

Section 52. Whoever keeps matches for sale or use in any store unless the same are in unbroken cases or in a metal or other fireproof receptacle with the cover closed, except when it is necessary to obtain access thereto, shall be punished by a fine of not more than fifty dollars.
