Text

Section 30A. Whoever unlawfully tampers with, changes, mutilates, destroys, or otherwise removes, from a building or structure, any notice of violation affixed under the provisions of section thirty, shall be punished by a fine of not more than fifty dollars or by imprisonment in jail for not more than one month, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
