§ 27 — Failure to comply with order of marshal

Massachusetts·Part I ADMINISTRATION OF THE GOVERNMENT·Title XX PUBLIC SAFETY AND GOOD ORDER·Ch. 148 FIRE PREVENTION
Section 27. Any owner of a building who, within six months after having received an order from the marshal under section twenty-six, fails to comply with the requirement of such order shall be punished by a fine of not more than one thousand dollars.
