Text
Section 3. Any inspector of the division who directly or indirectly receives a reward, gift or gratuity on account of his official services shall be punished by a fine of not more than one hundred dollars or by imprisonment for not more than three months, and shall also be discharged from office. Any inspector who fails to faithfully perform his duties shall be immediately discharged from office.
