Section 32O. In any action to enforce the provisions of section thirty-two L or section thirty-two M, the clerk of the court shall mail copies of any judgment, decree, permanent injunction or order of the court upon the entry thereof to the attorney general and to the board of health of the city or town in which the manufactured housing community of the licensee is located.
