Section 32I. Every holder of a license for a manufactured housing community shall keep or cause to be kept, in permanent form, a register in which shall be recorded the true name or name in ordinary use, address and registration of each owner of a manufactured home or motor vehicle renting space in such community and each tenant of such space or subtenant of which the tenant may have notified the operator, the date of entering and the date of leaving such manufactured home or motor vehicle. Such register shall be retained by the holder of the license for a period of at least one year after the date of the last entry, and shall be open to the inspection of the licensing authorities, their agents and the police.
