Section 185F. Whoever violates any provision of section one hundred and eight-five A to section one hundred and eighty-five G, inclusive, or any rule or regulation of the commissioner made under section one hundred and eighty-five E, shall be punished by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars; provided, however, that whoever, after being convicted of a second violation of section one hundred and eighty-five A, again violates said section shall, for such third or subsequent offense, be punished by such find and by imprisonment in a jail or house of correction for not more than one year.
