Text
Section 119. An engine or furnace erected or used contrary to section one hundred and fifteen, one hundred and sixteen or one hundred and eighteen shall be deemed a common nuisance; and the aldermen or selectmen may remove the same in the same manner as boards of health may remove nuisances under sections one hundred and twenty-three to one hundred and twenty-five, inclusive, of chapter one hundred and eleven.
