Section 108. An assignment of or order for wages or salary to which sections ninety-six to one hundred and fourteen A, inclusive, apply, shall not be valid unless it states with substantial accuracy the actual amount of the loan, the time for which the loan is made, the rate of interest to be paid, and the expense of making and securing the loan, if any.
