§ 1 — Common day of rest; designation; citation
Massachusetts·Part I ADMINISTRATION OF THE GOVERNMENT·Title XX PUBLIC SAFETY AND GOOD ORDER·Ch. 136 OBSERVANCE OF A COMMON DAY OF REST AND LEGAL HOLIDAYS
Section 1. Sunday shall be a common day of rest. Sections one to eleven, inclusive, of this chapter may be cited as the Common Day of Rest Law.
