Section 90A. A person whose privilege to hunt, trap or fish has been suspended or revoked in any other jurisdiction in the United States or Canada for an offense in that jurisdiction shall not be issued a license for such activity in the commonwealth, or, if such a license has been issued in the commonwealth at the time, such license shall be suspended and not renewed during the period of the suspension or revocation in the other jurisdiction if, after notice and an opportunity for a hearing, the director determines that the offense carrying the suspension or revocation would constitute a violation of section 5, 10, 13, 21A, 22, 61, 62, 64, 65, 68, 69, 73, to 75A, inclusive, 79 to 80A, inclusive, or 82.Upon the suspension of a license pursuant to this section, the director shall send promp
