§ 10A — Board of registration in medicine; review and approval of rules and regulations

The commissioner of public health may review and approve rules and regulations proposed by the board of medicine. Such regulations will be deemed approved unless disapproved within fifteen days of submission to the commissioner; provided, however, that any such disapproval shall be in writing setting forth the reasons for such disapproval.Chapter 13: Section 10A. The commissioner of public health shall review and approve any rule or regulation proposed by the board of registration in medicine pursuant to section 10. Such rule or regulation shall be deemed disapproved unless approved within 30 days after submission to the commissioner pursuant to said section 10.
