Text
Section 12. The division of regulatory services shall investigate all dairy products bought or sold, enforce the laws for the manufacture, transfer and sale of such products, and take such action as will tend to produce better quality thereof and to improve the dairy industry. It may co-operate with the department of public health and with inspectors of milk, but it shall not interfere with the duties of such department or officers.
