Text

Section 38D. At the request of any correction officer, guard or other employee of any jail, house of correction or correctional institution, the commissioner, sheriffs or their designees shall provide notice to such officer, guard or employee of any transfer between such facilities or similar facilities utilized by the commonwealth or any political subdivision within or without the commonwealth of a prisoner convicted of an offense against such officer, guard or employee.
