Section 17D.

(a)The commissioner shall report quarterly to the house and senate committees on ways and means, the joint committee on mental health, substance use and recovery, the joint committee on public safety and homeland security and the joint committee on the judiciary the following information for the prior calendar year for each facility included in section 17B:
(i)the cost to the facility of providing medication-assisted treatment for opioid use disorder;
(ii)the cost to the facility of providing re-entry treatment plans under section 17C;
(iii)the type and prevalence of medication-assisted treatment provided for opioid use disorder;
(iv)the number of persons in the custody of the facility, in any status, who continued to receive the same medication-assisted treatment as they
