§ 68B — Examination for use of therapeutic pharmaceutical agents

Section 68B. The board of registration in optometry shall administer an examination designed to measure the qualifications necessary to safely utilize the ophthalmic application of therapeutic pharmaceutical agents in section 66B. Such examination shall be held in conjunction with the examination provided in sections 68 and 68A and shall include any portion of the examination administered by the National Board of Examiners in Optometry or other appropriate examination covering the subject matter of therapeutic pharmaceutical agents.Such examination shall, upon application, be open to any optometrist registered under the provisions of this chapter and to any person who meets the qualifications for examination under the provisions of section 68 or section 68A; provided, however, that each su
