Section 61A.

(a)As used in this section, the following words shall have the following meanings unless the context clearly requires otherwise:-''Health care institution'', (i)an individual, partnership, association, corporation or trust or a person or group of persons who provides health care services and employs health care providers subject to licensing under this chapter; or (ii)a retail establishment that sells pharmaceutical goods and services and is subject to regulation by the board of registration in pharmacy.
