Section 60E. Every holder of a certificate of registration shall display it in a conspicuous place in his principal office, or place of business or employment within the commonwealth.A new certificate of registration, to replace such certificate lost, destroyed or mutilated, shall be issued by the board upon payment of a fee to be determined annually by the commissioner of administration under the provision of section three B of chapter seven, and such certificate shall be stamped or marked ''duplicate''.
