Text
Section 54. The board of registration in veterinary medicine, in sections fifty-five to sixty, inclusive, called the board, may make by-laws and rules consistent with law necessary to carry out the provisions of said sections. Three members of the board shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business, provided, however, that at any meeting concerning the revocation of a license a quorum shall be four.
