[ Text of section added by 2024, 186, Sec. 38 effective November 21, 2024.]Section 290. As used in sections 291 to 297, inclusive, the following words shall have the following meanings unless the context clearly requires otherwise:"Board'', the board of registration in midwifery, established under section 110 of chapter 13."Certified nurse-midwife'', a nurse licensed under section 80B and authorized to practice nurse-midwifery under section 80C."Client'', a person under the care of a licensed certified professional midwife."Licensed certified professional midwife'', a person registered by the board to practice midwifery in the commonwealth under section 293."Low-risk pregnancy'', a pregnancy with no maternal or fetal factors that place the pregnancy at significantly increased risk for comp
