Section 237. As used in this section and sections 237 to 251, inclusive, the following words shall have the following meanings unless the context requires otherwise:''Apprentice'' or ''apprentice sheet metal worker'', a person at least 16 years of age who is learning or working at the business of sheet metal work under the direct supervision of a master sheet metal worker or a journeyperson sheet metal worker in the employ of a master.''Board'', the board of examiners of sheet metal workers, established in section 101 of chapter 13.''Certificate of a sheet metal corporation, partnership, LLP, LLC or other entity'', a certificate of registration issued by the board to a master sheet metal worker authorizing him to conduct a sheet metal business as a corporation, partnership, LLP, LLC or oth
