Section 116. Whoever acts as a nursing home administrator or represents himself to be a licensed nursing home administrator without having been duly licensed and registered by the board of registration of nursing home administrators shall be punished by a fine of not less than five hundred dollars, or by imprisonment for not more than six months, or both.
