Section 238. The department of public health shall develop and implement a public information campaign to promote awareness of reproductive health care facilities in the commonwealth, including those that offer or perform abortions. The campaign shall include, but not be limited to:
(i)educating reproductive health care professionals, patients and the general public regarding any and all limitations placed on the use of federal Title X family planning program funds by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services;
(ii)establishing a website, translated into multiple languages, with comprehensive information on reproductive health care facilities in the commonwealth, including those that offer or perform abortions and providing information relating to costs and payment options;
