Text

Section 153. The superior court may restrain the unauthorized occupancy, use or extension of any building or premises occupied or used for the trades or occupations aforesaid, and enforce the orders of the department issued under the preceding section; but this and the two preceding sections shall not impair any other remedies against nuisances.
