§ 128A — Filling of sites of demolished or removed buildings

Section 128A. The board of health may adopt and, from time to time, revise regulations requiring that the site of a demolished or removed building or structure be levelled to uniform grade by a sanitary fill proper to prevent rodent harborage and other insanitary conditions.
