Text

Section 102. The expense of securing, transporting and purifying such articles as fixed by the board shall be paid by the owners or by the town, as the board may determine. For any article of furniture or wearing apparel ordered destroyed by the board the town may recompense the owner to an amount not exceeding fifty dollars.
