§ 275 — Licenses; applications; fees

Massachusetts·Part I ADMINISTRATION OF THE GOVERNMENT·Title XV REGULATION OF TRADE·Ch. 94 INSPECTION AND SALE OF FOOD, DRUGS AND VARIOUS ARTICLES
Section 275. The application for each license and annual license renewal shall be accompanied by a fee as determined annually by the commissioner of administration under the provision of section three B of chapter seven.
