§4961. Attorney's fees, limitation for recordation of lien When, under any provision of this chapter there is authority for ten percent attorney's fees in the event it becomes necessary to employ an attorney to enforce collection, the fee shall be limited to five hundred dollars when the services of the attorney are limited to recording the lien. This section shall not apply when it is necessary to institute judicial action to enforce the lien. Added by Acts 1960, No. 217, §1.
