§ 9:3327 — Release to lessee of sequestered property
Louisiana·Title 9 Civil Code-Ancillaries
The court shall permit the release to the lessee of the sequestered leased property on the lessee's furnishing security in an amount deemed by the court sufficient to protect the rights of the lessor.
