Text

It is declared to be the policy of this state to encourage and foster the leasing of movable property to individuals and businesses, thus promoting economic growth and development. To this end, financed leases, which have previously been construed as conditional sales transactions, are hereby recognized as valid and enforceable in this state. {{NOTE: SEE ACTS 1986, NO. 213, §2.}}
