§2440. Continued validity of previously executed testaments A testament, testamentary provision, legacy, or other appointment executed prior to January 1, 1998, and valid under the law and jurisprudence prior to that date, when executed, is not invalidated by the passage of Acts 1997, No. 1421. Acts 1997, No. 1421, §4, eff. July 1, 1999; Acts 2003, No. 74, §1.
