§ 9:2281 — Definition of terms used in R.S. 9:2282

As used in R.S. 9:2282, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this Section:
(1)The term "Trust" shall be limited to express or implied trusts created for educational, charitable or religious purposes where all or a substantial part of the corpus thereof shall have been contributed by the local beneficiaries (as hereinafter defined), or by their predecessor beneficiaries; and where said corpus shall consist of real or personal property situated within the state of Louisiana.
