§ 9:2113 — Exercise of powers by two trustees
Louisiana·Title 9 Civil Code-Ancillaries
If there are two trustees, the powers conferred upon them shall be exercised only by both of them, unless it is otherwise provided by the trust instrument or by order of the proper court.
