§1701. Partition of land in which United States has servitude or real right
Whenever the United States, or any branch or agency thereof, has acquired a servitude, easement, or real right of any kind, nature, or description affecting a piece of land, or a portion thereof, which is owned in indivision, and said servitude, easement, or real right was acquired from less than all the co-owners of said tract of land, or whenever the United States, or any branch or agency thereof, has acquired a servitude, easement, or real right of any kind, nature or description affecting a tract of land, or a portion thereof, which is owned in indivision, and said acquisition having been from a co-owner, or a portion of the co-owners, insofar as his or their undivided interest in the tract of land or portion t
