§1288. Relocation of the utility servitude The owner of the dominant estate has no right to the relocation of the utility servitude after it is fixed. The owner of the servient estate has the right to demand relocation of the utility servitude to a more convenient place at his own expense, provided that the new location is equally convenient to the dominant estate.
