§ 9:1284 — Necessary works

§1284. Necessary works
The owner of the dominant estate may construct on the location of the utility
servitude the works that are reasonably necessary for the exercise of the servitude. The
works shall be constructed, maintained, and operated in a manner that reasonably minimizes
hazards posed by the servitude.
