Text

The board may select and describe the location of the zone for which application is made, and make such rules and regulations concerning the operation, maintenance, and policing of the zone as may be necessary to comply with the Act of Congress creating foreign trade zones, or as may be necessary to comply with the rules and regulations, made in accordance with the Acts of Congress, 1 relating to foreign-trade zones. 1 19 U.S.C.A. §81a et seq.
