§ 51:546 — Retailers; penalty
Louisiana·Title 51 Trade and Commerce
Whoever violates R.S. 51:544 or 51:545 shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars nor more than three hundred dollars, or imprisoned for not less than ten days nor more than sixty days, or both.
