§413. Advertising using the term "Doctor" or "Dr."

A.No person shall assert, represent, make, publish, disseminate, circulate, or place before the public, or cause directly or indirectly to be made, published, disseminated, circulated, or placed before the public, in this state, in a newspaper or other publication, or in the form of a letter, business card, sign, public listing, display, book, notice, hand-bill, poster, bill, circular, pamphlet, or radio broadcast, telecast, wire, wireless, motion picture, or in any other way, an advertisement of the availability or sale of a professional service of any sort relating to physical health, mental health, therapeutic or rehabilitative services, or any combination thereof, using the term "Doctor" or "Dr." in conjunction with his name unless he
