§ 51:31

§31. Definitions As used in this Part:
(1)A "fire", "bankruptcy", or "fiduciary" sale includes an insurance, mortgage, insolvent, assignee's, executor's, administrator's, receiver's, trustee's, removal or closing out sale, or a sale of damaged goods.
(2)"Goods" includes goods, wares, and merchandise.
